Gael force Sevens operates a dual-performance and development pathway. Alongside the elite touring squad of former Irish internationals and Olympians, Gael Force provides a rolling development panel of emerging Irish athletes who train, tour and compete within the programme.
This pathway provides professional coaching, international tournament exposure, strength and conditioning programmes, mentorship from Olympians, performance leadership and career development support which bridges the gap between club rugby and international sevens, giving Irish athletes real experience on the European and international stage. This is development through competition. This is learning at the highest level.
